Urban Trail - San Francisco

These images are from a walk in San Francisco on Wednesday night.  As I was climbing California Street, I wondered what it might have looked like 1000 years ago.

This holiday season, make a commitment to better health.  Where ever you are, get out and walk.  Walking has tremendous health benefits, and it will better prepare you for the trails...
